What Causes Hot Flashes Along With Dizziness And Abdominal Cramp?

Hi I had a very scary episode on Friday. Right before I got of my flight I felt like I was getting a hot flash. When I got of the plane and was walking I started not to feel well. I checked my pulse which was 112 and I was feeling light headed I also became extremely hot and clammy has to remove my clothing and also had severe cramping and large bowel movement no vomiting. About 2-3 hours later I felt better. What do you think is going on.
