What Causes Hot Flashes, Irritation, Nausea, Headache And Light Sensitivity?

I have been feeling a little off all week. I have been having heat flashes and severe irritability. I am now feeling nauseous and queasy, I have a slight headache/ light sensitivity and my smell is intensified. I have taken 2 pregnancy test already and they both are negative. What else could this be?

Your symptoms are related to menopause if you are above 45 years and your menstrual flow is decreasing. But if you are below 40 years, then you should get assessed for thyroid status and diabetes.
