What Causes Hot Flashes, Low Libido And Hair Thinning?

My physician checked my FSH level and it was 84.50 IU/L. I had a hysterectomy 4 years ago, but because I have been having extreme hot flashes and low libido and hair thinning she thought she would check my hormones. I don t understand what the 84.50 level really means. I mean exactly which hormone is this (estrogen)? I am trying to figure out my next step in order to help with the symptoms I am having, but I need a clear understanding first. I am 47 years old.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is case of hysterectomy then such symptoms is very likely and this is nothing to take anything with the level of hormone because this could go on changing continuously, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
