What Causes Hot Flashes, Nausea And Low Energy Levels?

Hi, I am 27 and I ve been having so many hot flushes, I ve also not had a lot of energy lately, I someone s have moments when I feel really nauseous, I ve always suffered with weight (I m not over wait but I m always gaining weight and losing it like a yoyo) I don t really have any other symptoms I don t think. Although people keep worrying me saying I m going through an early change, they say it as a joke but the hot flushes are too much. Hope you can help. Kind regards Cassie

The symptoms you mentioned are suggestive of certain medical conditions which need to be evaluated before further management, so I suggest you go for proper baseline investigations such as CBC, LFT, TFT, and USG abdomen and pelvis.
