What Causes Hot Flashes Under The Skin Of Chest In A Diabetic?

I have been receiving for about 4 days what seems like a hot flashes under my skin on the right side of my chest, from the nipple area along my chest up to my shoulder line. Feels like a rolling a sensation-just that area, I m 67 male, diabetic, heart problems, PTSD, COPD. They are instant and do not linger or continue for any amount of time.
