hormonal imbalance so food has no role to play so follow -:
1)Please discuss with your doctor about hormonal pills[
premarin tab-0.625mg/day and premarin vaginal gel ]
2)Add oral calcium regularly
3) Do exercise regularly
4)Eat a balanced diet [fruits and vegetables]
5)Try to avoid smoke
6)Avoid tea and coffee and get good sleep at night
