What Causes Hot Flashes Upon Intake Of Food?

I am 47 so I expect certain symptoms are completely normal. I am having terrible night sweats and hot flashes. The question I have is that I have noticed that eating triggers hot flashes. I mean, every time I eat anything I have a hot flash. Is that normal also

I do understand your pain and discomfort.
as per your history is concerned ur problem is due to hormonal imbalance so food has no role to play so follow -:
1)Please discuss with your doctor about hormonal pills[premarin tab-0.625mg/day and premarin vaginal gel ]
2)Add oral calcium regularly
3) Do exercise regularly
4)Eat a balanced diet [fruits and vegetables]
5)Try to avoid smoke
6)Avoid tea and coffee and get good sleep at night
