General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Hot flashes are not a side effect of this.common effects are brain shocks, nausea, wgt gain, dry mouth, and sleepiness.

The symptoms including weakness and lack of drive must be due to your primary diz of anxiety depression. Destress yourself and get counseling.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
