What Causes Hot Flushes After Tooth Extraction?

Hi I am feeling quite sick and I m getting hot flushes. I had a tooth removed yesterday and the dentist said it was all infected at the roots etc but wasn t given any antibiotics. Is this all normal as I havnt felt this way after having a tooth extracted.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of hot flushes after tooth extraction which seems to be due to inflammation below root tips.

Need not to worry. i would suggest you to visit oral and maxillofacial physician once an det complete evaluation done and start treatment accordingly. If this condition keeps on persisting beyond 2 weeks then it could be due to overlapping of symptoms and it is coincidental. You should take proper course of amoxicillin and metronidazole along with analgesic and antipyretic tablet.
