What Causes Hot Flushes Along With Facial Sweating?

Hi I am 32 male I m getting hot flushes during the day and sweating face I do suffer from anxiety also in the afternoon I will get hot flushes for no reason there is no trigger can also I had my thoriod levels check about two year ago but I wasn t getting the hot flushes back then what do you think I should do thanks

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have hot flushes along with facial sweating . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like osteoarthritis , rheumatoid arthritis , viral syndrome , side-effect of medicine , in some cases the symptoms also indicate heart disease or kidney failure . Hormonal imbalance can also be one of the reasons . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order urine test , blood test , along with physical examination , ECG and check vitals . Doctor may refer you to orthopedic surgeon or cardiologist in case of cardiac problem . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain, take over the counter anti histamine like benadryl twice a day and keep your leg elevated while sleeping .
