General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to menopause symptoms. They are very common during menopause. Some suggestions that I can give are:
- Keep cool. Slight increases in your body's core temperature can trigger hot flashes
- Hot and spicy foods, caffeinated beverages, and alcohol can trigger hot flashes
- Relax
- Don't smoke
- Lose weight

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
