General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
As hot flushes are common during this age due to low estrogen level and menopause. If only exercise related ,then it can be normally because of increased blood circulation and dilatation of cappillaries in skin, sweating is also normal during exercise depends how much exertion is preceded.
If it is associated with other symptoms like dizziness, hypotention or weight loss and irritation then thyroid profile needs to be checked ,and if associated with low estrogen then hormonal replacement therapy can be helpfull but after discussing with your treating doctor.
Hopefully my answer is helpfull.
Regards,
Dr.Maheshwari
