What Causes Hot Flushes?

Hi, I went through menopause in my very early 30 s .. did all the tests etc FSH levels were through the roof. .. I m now 57 and my husband is trying to tell me I m menopausal. .. I only get the hot flushes. . A friend told me I can get hot flushes from anxiety also?

hot flushes are characteristic of menopause. the main reason for this is estrogen, which grossly decreases or even becomes absent in menopause.
consult doctor for hormonal replacement therapy.
