What Causes Hot Sweats At Night With Disturbed Sleep?
Hello there i wonder if you could help me, i was wondring why i wake up many times through the night and my sleep is restless as i fidget alot, i have bad dreams every night as well but when i wake i can never rememer them but i wake in a hot sweat. Please help
