Dear , in fact , it is not that very unnatural to feel hungry after bowel movement. In a way it is good that you feel hungry ,it shows your digestion system is healthy .
Take lemon juice in a glass of warm water and a pinch of salt & black pepper and after some time , take some full solid BF / cereal,oats ,milk , fruit etc . Don't skip meals . Include fiber ,
vitamins and minerals in natural form - green veges , garlic, ginger mint , cumin seeds , bishop's seeds, lemon juice in your meals .
Other Causes of hunger immediately after bowel movement can be many .
Lack of proper clearing causes gas formation ,which may give you this uneasy feeling .
Anxiety and
depression , lack of proper sleep also can be the cause of your problem . It harms the digestion system .
Avoid ,Fatty, greasy , fried fast foods and very sweet foods . Try to remove one food at a time from the diet to see if it makes a difference. If so, avoid that food.
Some exercise ,
yoga ,pranayam - deep breathing , kapalbhaati ,
agnisaar will help you to detoxify your body save you from many unpleasent problems
meditation also helps sound sleep and keep yor mind cool .
