What Causes Hunger Pain Along With Low Grade Fever And Dizziness?

I have hunger pains and am not hungry, low grade fever and have experienced some dizziness/loss of balance. Otherwise very healthy, but in remission from ulcerative colitis. Should I be concerned? Sound like a virus? Do you understand homeopathy, which is the medical modality I am most comfortable with.
