Hypercalcemia mainly due to parathyroid gland over activity , do serum parathormone levels, check it once.it cause deposit ion of calcium in parathyroid gland lead to dicreasr in live r function, if parathormone elevated go for ultra sound of necck for rule out parathyroid adenoma. .hope i am helpful
