What Causes Identical Spots On The Back Of Arms Of A 17 Month Old?

Hi my 17 month old daughter has two identical spots on the back of each arms above her elbow they have been there for a couple of days now and do not appear to be itchy. She also has a bit of a teething rash on her cheeks do you think these could be connected?

Hi...by what you say it could be an eczema. The other possibility is phrynoderma. But skin conditions are best diagnosed only after direct visualization. I suggest you you get back to us with pictures of what you are quoting and we will be able to guide you better.
