What Causes Illness In Short Spells, Dizziness And Weakness?

hi i have been feeling very ill in short spells for the past few months feeling dizzy, sick very weak i feel cold and have goose bumps but body is sweating i had my blood pressure taken it was 112/52 im 31 yearsold and slightly over weight and very unfit

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this could be due to the labyrinthitis and in my opinion possibility of this need to be ruled out and second, it is advisable to go for EKG and CT brain, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
