Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I don't know your age or your full medical past history ,but if you were my patient i would recommend you first to see your heart to a cardiologist by doing an ECG ,a cardiac sonography and probably a cardiac stress test. These will rule out any dangerous cardiac disease. If these are good and you continue with symptoms, you might have gastroesofageal reflux disease. I would suggest that meanwhile you eat several times a day with small amounts of food and to take a PPI like Pantoprazole early morning.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
