I fall often. I fell on Sept. 16 on my left arm on concrete. I am still in pain cant lift light bags or much else. I also fell backwards last week and tried to break my fall with the same arm. Should I be worried or just wait until it no longer hurts if I m lucky

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query occur due to a condition known as vertigo more specifically , benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) . This is ear related problem in which person keep on loosing balance of body . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist to prevent some serious injury . Doctor may order CT scan along with examination with otoscopy and take history . Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug along with antibiotics aand anti inflammatory . Doctor may also recommend physical therapy , vestibular therapy , canalith repositioning or surgery in severe case . For now avoid bending forward and do mediation and yoga . Also drink green teat with ginger thrice a day .
