What Causes Imbalance In Old Age?

I was pretty sure I have some form of neuropodipy which I can t even spell right . What is it .If it starts with imbalance , I ve had it for years,but with a wornout knee it is harder to ignor Please don t just tell me to see my Doctor. I intend to do that . But I want to know what it is first. Thank you. YYYY@YYYY . If you need the address . Incidentally I am a pretty good 96. Year old , still driving well, enjoying life but not too good on computers!

Imbalance and inability to spell right suggests that you are suffering from neurological problem.
Vascular cause is one of the most common cause of neurological symptoms in old age.
You need to consult your doctor for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
A MRI scan of the brain is required to look for any pathological change in the brain.
