General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear patient!
Welcome to HCM!

The symptoms you have make me think about Meniere's Disease. It's a condition associated with vertigo, ringing in ears and hearing loss.

It is a condition that must be followed regularly by an ENT doctor, and further examinations might be done by him to evaluate the type of vertigo, and hearing loss.

He may ask you to do a blood count, sugar and fat levels.
The treatment of this condition is in most of the times symptomatic but curative too.

Try betahistine orally twice a day, for the vertigo and ear ringing until you go to consult ENT doctor.

I hope you will be fine soon!
Best regards!
