My partner is having a problem shuffling playing cards. He is complaining of lack of hand control although he has no problem eating with utensils. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

He needs detailed neurological examination of motor system as well as cerebellar signs evaluation. Also postural drop or orthostatic hypotension should be ruled out along with baseline blood work up with hemoglobin, as well as B12 and folic acid levels. Serum electrolytes and thyroid profile may also be needed. Meanwhile supplements for B12 folic acid and D3 may be helpful for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
