What Causes Impaired Speech While Suffering From Cluster Headaches?

I am having what I consider cluster migraine headaches, even though I have had migraines in the past they have never been this close together, also, when I had one yesterday, I had a difficult time putting words together to communicate, should I go to ER or just call for an appointment as this seems serious to me?

* The impaired speech on regular basis can be part of underlying cranial nerve lesion as fascial or else.
* Must be evaluated at an ER by expert neuro physician for further curative steps.
