What Causes Inability To Retract The Foreskin Of Penis?
Dear Doctor, I m 27 Year old, I m unable to pull back the foreskin on my penis during erection. This wasn t a problem before until one day when, I think, due to extra pressure i got a cut on my foreskin. I ve tried washing it with warm soapy water for a few days but it doesn t seem to be helpful. Kindly advice. Thank you.

Based on the history given you seem to have developed a condition due to tight foreskin called as phimosis.
I advise you to consult a general surgeon to get it removed surgically (circumcision) which not only solve your problem but also maintain a good hygiene and prevent a number of diseases.
