What Causes Increase In TSH Level During Pregnancy?

Good Day :) Week 12 pregnant, 3 weeks ago initial blood test shown TSH 0.005, T4 22.9 and T3 7.7, few days ago another blood tests shown TSH 4.67, T4 10.5 and T3 4 What does this jump in TSH means, is it something we need to be concern about. Thank you
