General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You should do an abdominal ultrasound and also measure insuline levels during day. Conditions like insulinoma or insulin secreting tumors can lower the blood sugar levels and cause the tremors and shakiness you are complaining. Please get further evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
