What Causes Increase In Appetite And Mood Swings After Being On I Pill?

I had sex with my husband on 23rd jan took the I pill on 24th jan...I had my normal 5 days period starting from 30th jan...but for the last 3-4 days m having sleepless nights..my appetite has increased..and getting mood swings..is there any chance to that I m pregnant?
