What Causes Increased BP And Head Spinning When Pregnant?

im 10 weeks pregnant and 18 years old. I woke up this morning feeling like i was spinning when im laying down and especially when i stand up. This is not nrmal for me. I took my blood pressure and it was 110 over 66 and normally when i take my blood pressure it is like 93 over 70.

Your blood pressure is normal, not to worry about it. The symptom of spinning is normal in early pregnancy. Do not,direction get up from bed, sleep on left side for a while 2-3 minutes followwd by seat for a moments and thwn stand up. you will be alright,
