What Causes Increased IBS Symptoms With Extreme Abdominal Pain, Elevated AST, ALT, WBC, Leukocytes, And Monocytes?

42 year old female, prior gallbladder removal. History of IBS since age 15. Increased IBS symptoms with extreme abdominal pain causing sweating, elevated AST, ALT, WBC, leukocytes, monocytes. No elevations in alarming levels. Was told CT doesn t show pancreatitis, referred to hematology/oncology. Colonoscopy and endoscopy almost 2 years ago. Negative for Crohn s, celiac, cancers. What could this be?
