Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns:
Unwell for 10 days with extreme pain in abdomen and diarrhea.
This indicates that there may be an intestinal infection.
I would advise you the following:
Get the stool tested.
Blood for CBC, culture and sensitivity, Widal for typhoid, liver and kidney functions.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics should cure your problems.
If the problem persists, get colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen done.
