What Causes Increased Aggressiveness While On Trileptal?

6 yr old with Aspergers, reactive attention disorder , PTSD, mild occasional petit mals started trileptal. Aggression with adderol, Ritalin type meds, so on clonipin, bupropion strattera. Noticed more aggressive, defiance after 4 days on trileptal. Can this new med cause these?
