If you are experiencing pain after eating it is possible there may be reflux or gastritis present and the food is worsening the problem.
You may want to avoid spicy or acidic food that are likely to worsen the problem.
Using reflux medication would also be helpful.
A pregnancy test can be done to determine if you are pregnant. The home tests are accurate if done 11 to 14 days after possible conception.
