What Causes Increased Body Temperature With Chemotherapy?
my husband is taking Topatecan chemotherapy 3,5mg daily for 5 days today is the 4th day, he feels well but body temp 35,6c normally i observe for raised body temp, he is also taking amoxocillin for chesty cough and 2.5mg beta blocker, he has sclc and is 175ilbs and is 73 yrs old

Well i case of your husband its due to his Chest infection which is most likely most adequately controllled with amoxacillin and he may require a stronger Antibiotic .
Kindly consult your Doctor regarding this . Also get a Complete Hemogram test done .
