What Causes Increased Discomfort In Left Chest Radiating Towards Back?

I have been having increased discomfort which started behind my left breast and now has expanded to my left back. I have no history of heart disease. Pulse seems steady, however I sometimes have PVCs. I have no shortness of breath. I have a bit of funny taste in my mouth as if I have been scared.

It's important to know, when has it started, how long does the pain last? is it continous or comes and goes? is the pain like a rope in that area? have you tryed any medicine for it?(make sure you dont have any other changes in the skin) does the pain gets worser with the muvement of the arms or cough( if yes try ibubrofen) sometime stomach aces can be tricky and misunderstood, specially if you have known history for GERD,
