General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, isolated stomach flu is not responsible for severe loss of appetite and increased fatigue, there must be underlying bacterial or viral infection which may be co existing or not covered with usual stomach flue treatment. I would recommend to consult your primary doc , get basic lab tests done for diagnosis of the cause of fatigue and loss of appetite in particularly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
