What Causes Increased Heart Rate Along With Rapid Breathing?

I have increased heart rate and rapid breathing. Tightness in upper-middle abdomen. Been feeling extremely exhausted the past couple weeks. Going back and forth between constipation and diarrhea. Had a complete hysterectomy in 2010. I don t know if all symptoms are related or if I have several things going on at once. Please help.
