What Causes Increased Heart Rate While On Corlanor?
I am having a sinus tachycardia episode --heart rate in the 130 s. It has lasted all day.?i take Corlanor for congestive heart failure which has controlled my previously high heart rate of 85 by targeting the sinus node and has been keeping heart rate at 72. But today my heart rate shot up to the 130 s. What can I take or do to make heart rate come back down to the 70 s?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if it is the sinus tachycardia then it may not need any treatment because without the focus for tachycardia it can be treated and with some cardiac disease like ventricular tachycardia, infection, low hemoglobin, hypertension, diabetes, thyroid abnormalities, and others, then it may needs some treatment but most of the time under lying cause need to be treated only, hope this information helps
