What Causes Increased Hip Pain While Sitting And Standing?

I am having hip pain and my MRI is clear, yet the pain persists. I am told to go to a sports medicine doctor, but I hesitate because I don t know if they will just tell me to exercise, lose weight and it will improve. There is definitely something physical in my left hip (front, not side) and it is extremely painful transitioning from sitting to standing. Any advice?

Dear my first advise to you is that you should not contemplate yourself your disease. you can help us heal you only if you believe in us and follow what has been advised. constant pain with normal MRI usually suggest muscular causes, and exercises are the best solution to such problems.
