What Causes Increased Sinus Congestion After Taking Systane?

I am using systane and seem to have more sinus congestion than usual.I have developed soreness or a tenderness in my upper lip .can this be caused by continued use of systane.Its spring time here in South East Victoria Australia and I don t normally suffer hay fever. please respond to YYYY@YYYY

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, you must be having some sinus condition but it may not be due to sustane but it could be due to some allergic condition, and for that "Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine" three times in day can be tried, have some steam inhalation too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
