What Causes Increased Thirst Along With Constipation?
Hi Doctor Im feeling too thirsty today. Im 34 and a mother of two boys. I weight 59kgs and my height is 5.3''. I have a little problem of constipation which I try to solve almost everyday sometime by drinking lots of water. My family has no history of diabetes. Pls help.
Hi As you are telling you drink alot of water. It can be because you have more urine output means you go to pee more so your body deprived of water wanting more water and making you thirsty. But still I will advise you to get your fasting blood sugar done to rule out diabetes possibility. As type 2 diabetes is not congenital.
For constipation Add more soluble fiber in your diet
