What Causes Increasing Paralysis And Pain In Legs And Pelvis After Injury?
I was hit by a car 8 months ago.. slowly I m getting more paralyzed and in more pain. I have sharp shooting pain down the front and back of my legs. Pressure and pain in my lower back and pelvic region. I can t life anything heavy, barely walk stand or sit up straight. Now I have pain in my groin that runs down the front of my thigh all the way to my big toe. And I ve been vaginally spotting a lot. Please help. The doctors here are giving me the run around. I cannot pay due to this crime and losing my job because of my injuries. I will have money on August 15th, I will pay for an account then. Please email me the answer to YYYY@YYYY
As per my clinical experience, the agony of pain after trauma incident involving lower back, legs , thighs do indicate neurologic issues to significant level. The underlying nerve compression, vertebral body or intervertebral discfracture are the main concerns for the radiating pain of this sort.
In my clinic, after thorough clinical examination, I do recommend an X-ray of the lower lumbar spine with coccygeal region for primary evaluation and depending upon the results of that, MRI may be a need of time.
