What Causes Indentation Along The Centre Of Forehead Along With Protruding Vein?

I have a dent like line starting at my hair line and it goes down the middle of my forhead..my boyfriend hit me 24 times with his fist in the same spot and since then i had this hairline dent and a vein buldges out when i bend down to pick something up

First of all register a complaint against the fellow! Maybe you had a hairline fracture of the skull which healed with some scarring. You are fortunate to have missed getting brain injury and concussions or intra-cerebral bleed!
