What Causes Indentation Behind The Anus?
Whenever I put my finger around in the perianal area it s like it gets deep into a hole beneath the skin just behind the anus. It s not open but I feel something deep and there s some sort of swelling of the anus. I suffer from constipation for a little while now. I pass out wastes but it doesn t seem I pass it all out.

Bulging part around anus indicate external hemorroid. Hemorroids are dilated veins so it bleed easily. Excessive straing may cause bleeding.
Pain and itching sensation is present.
Constipation is risk factor for hemorroid.
Avoid constipation by taking high fiber diet.
Drink more water.
Indented fissure like are around anus it may be anal fissure.
Anorectal examination is helpful for diagnosis.
