Hello dear Greetings Regarding your experience with indentation at the lower back with associated left and right sided pain I am suggesting strongly that you have a condition called lumber lordosis with associated Lumber spondylitis
In view of this please do a lumber x-ray to rule out this conditions
Meanwhile please see an orthopaedic surgeon with the result and for further expect clinical assessment Councelling and adequate drug prescription and possible invasive surgical procedure
Meanwhile please take some analgesic pending your appointment
I hope this helps Regards
