What Causes Indentation In Groin Along With Pain In Hip Flexor?
Very top of my leg just under hip bone at front ( where you under wear elastic crosses your leg female) there is a large intent when I run my hand up and down... Like a shelf... Right were the hip flexor gets sore... When you lift the leg bent.... It s a bit tender... What could this be?

it can be tight elastic resulting in edema.can change to sot elastic with less pressure can apply caladryl lotion.can discontinue using tight under were for few days can use cotton thread.
