Hi, I ve been working out hard and lifting weights and cardio, I ve noticed my arms mainly my upper arms have indentations almost like cellulite in them. What is that? Could it be from retaining water? My diet is ok, I don t drink soda, I don t eat fast food, I mainly eat protein and sugars here and there. I have alcohol occasionally, but those things are not part of my every day diet, about 2 days out of the week. Could that be causing the indentations or yo yo dieting causing indentations?
