What Causes Indentation On Skull,severe Headache And Neck Pain?

Found an indentation on the top of my skull running from forehead back, know it wasn t there before. Headaches severe, and ity very tender.I know it wasn t there, rub my head because of the pain a lot. Eyesight effected, and feel pain in neck if I press on it slightly.
