What Causes Indentation On The Top Of The Skull Along With Migraine Headaches?

I have a small indentation on the top of my skull just to the right of center bit is not symmetrical to the other side. No pain or pressure feelings come from it unless I palpate it too much. I suffer from tension/migraine headaches about once a month or so.

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your indentation at the right side of your skull I am suggesting you have the following differential diagnosis

In view of this please do a
skull x-ray
Serum electrolytes
Meanwhile please see your physician with the result and for further clinical assessment and adequate Councelling
Councelling the migraine headache I am suggesting you take some analgesic pending your appointment with a neurologist
