What Causes Inducible Ischemia?
Hi, Please check for Hypertrophic cardiac myopathy (HOCM), aortic stenosis or other heart diseases like and or PDA. HOCM may can present like this. But in athletes it is common that left ventricular hypertrophy. Please check it out by echo cardiography, CT angiography and trans esophageal echo etc. Please consult your Cardiologist he will examine and treat you accordingly. Hope I have answered your query.
